Today in the studio I combined my Reiki with a beautiful healing contemplation by Maria Gullo. The contemplation is a reflective prayer she adapted from St. Frances De Sales’s Healing Prayer. I found the combination of the prayer & Reiki beneficial for chronic pain, & the worry that accompanies it. I also envisioned this practice would be calming & supportive for my #hospice offerings.
