Up Against the Ropes Yoga is a private yoga studio located in Helena, Montana. We offer a variety of different yoga classes, including Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga for Runners, Trauma Informed Yoga and Hot Stone Restorative Yoga.
Additionally, we provide a variety of healing sessions such as Reiki, Reflexology, Lymphatic Drainage and Craniosacral Therapy.

ABOUT
Christie Cox is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) located in Helena, Montana. She is trained in Vinyasa Yoga and specializes in trauma-informed yoga, yoga for runners, myofascial release and Thai Yoga Massage. She is also a certified Reiki practitioner.
As a nurse, Christie enjoys helping people in many different facets of their lives, including processing and dealing with emotional hardships. For her, yoga isn’t just a workout – it’s about nurturing your mind, body and soul. After all, yoga isn’t about touching your toes, but about touching your heart.
In her free time, Christie enjoys walks, biking and reading. She love candles, coffee, tea, essential oils and glitter lights!
SERVICES
At Up Against the Ropes Yoga, each class is customized to fit your needs. Prior to the class, a consultation will be offered to verify what you want out of the class and to allow you an opportunity to address any issues or questions you have. All sessions are one hour long.
