6/2/21 Running Journal –
Yellow, purple, pink flowers galore; what a beautiful trail run today. I am especially fond of the shooting star flower (pictured below).
Wild strawberries in bloom,
The warm sun shinning on the pine needles & spider webs creating shimmers,
A floating seedling catching the wind currents,
Dry single track; a forgotten feeling of the sure footing with the long Montana snow covered trails,
Turned up the speed, quick turns, jumps, use those poles! Happy Feet
